Don’t get fooled by the simplicity of the technique I’m about to share, turn your brain off and do it, IT WORKS!
This technique is very effective in eliminating your cravings the moment it happens. It literally rewires your brain to change its response to things that you have a strong desire to , it could be used with any kind of cravings like chocolate, soda, cigarettes,...
It’s so simple, Whenever you crave a cigarette, first you need to rate the intensity of your craving in a scale 1-10 one is the weakest and 10 is the strongest, (if your craving is less than 6 come back to do it another time) then you’ll tap with two fingers on special acupuncture points in a special sequence , it doesn’t matter whether you’re using left or right hand and it doesn’t matter whether you’re tapping on the left or right side of your body, just do it every time you crave a smoke, Then at the end of this technique rate the intensity again and notice the difference, and if the craving doesn’t totally disappear you may need to do another one or two rounds.
As you keep doing this technique every time you crave a smoke and as days pass by notice how you crave less frequent.

THE TAPPING TECHNIQUE
When you crave a smoke , Focus on this craving and it’s important to keep focusing on the craving as you’re doing the technique
1- On a scale 1-10 one is the weakest and ten is the strongest how intense is your craving?
2- Take two fingers and tap about ten times under your eyes
3- Then tap 10 times on your collarbone
4- Then tap under your eye again 10 times and keep focusing on the craving.
5- Tap on the side of your other hand
6- Tap on the back of your hand between your ring finger and your little finger. And as you keep tapping on that point remember to keep focusing on the craving and do the following:
-Close your eyes and open them.
-Keep your head still, keep tapping, and look down to the right, then down to the left
-Keep tapping and rotate your eyes around 360 degrees clockwise, then 360 degrees counterclockwise.
-Remember to keep thinking about your craving as you keep tapping
- Now hum the first few lines of "Happy Birthday" out loud.
- Count out loud from one to five.
- Once again hum the first lines of "Happy Birthday" out loud.
7- Now stop and check- on a scale from 1 to 10, what number is your craving at now?
